For aupairs

We offer the Aupairfect solution

“There’s a lid for every pot”

I love this phrase because it’s just so TRUE when it comes to au pairs and host families. No matter how unique your family is or how distinctive an au pair candidate is, if you meet the basic criteria of being kind, caring and qualified, you’ll eventually find your match.
As a former au pair and a teacher, I fully understand that, finding the right person to entrust is possibly one of the most difficult decisions you can make. Our Agency is highly committed to find the perfect match for your family.

We also provide you with a complete “Host Family Pack” including

  • Application form
  • Sample Letter of offer
  • Family Handbook with lot of advice and hands on experience
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Fees & Guaranties

Getting in touch / Register

Please contact us and we will provide you with our Terms & Conditions, Fees & Guaranties as well as our enquiry form.
If you are pleased with our service complete the enquiry form and send it back to us via email. We will call you directly if we require more information. If at any time you are uncertain about anything or would like further information, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Make clear your expectation regarding duties, experience and certification, other skills, responsibilities. The more details you give the easier it is to satisfy your requirements.
Please attach some photo of your family and your children as well. The application form contains a” Photo album” to enclose some photo and descriptions of your family.

Selecting process

Once we have received your requirements we immediately start the selecting process based on your requirements. We select candidates based on their personality, education, suitability for childcare, relevant working experience, management of light household duties, motivation and flexibility to fit into family life.
Suitable candidates attend a personal meeting where they are interviewed and their English is evaluated.  The meeting is also meant to give them a realistic picture of what it means to be an au pair, so they can opt out if they are not up for the challenge.
The applicants have to take part in an au pair training program to fully understand duties, responsibilities, integration into the new family, coping with new circumstances abroad. They are also provided with a complete Au pair Hand book (in two languages).

All of our applicants meet the following requirements

  • Of good character, aged 18+ single (not married/civil partnered)
  • Have a good basic knowledge of the target country's language
  • Have childcare experience either babysitting, looking after younger siblings or formal childcare training.
  • Very keen, interested and motivated.
  • Prepared to do light housework
  • Reasonable respect towards the family’s habits, choice of friends, business and religion.
  • Participated in a careful screening process (including a criminal background check, submission of health certificate, personality check)
  • Have a dated medical certificate.
  • Provide appropriate number of references as required by the family
  • Have a clear Criminal Background Report

We will send detailed information on the potential applicants to you by e-mail.
Once you have chosen applicants from the selection we will arrange for you to interview to discuss requirements, placement and suitable start dates. Interviews are normally arranged by Skype or by phone.

Au pair placement / Invitation letter

On confirmation that both you and the au pair are happy, we will require a letter of invitation from you so that we can forward all your details to the chosen applicant. Once the booking has been confirmed a fee is payable. At this time we will forward the invitation letter to the au pair.
If you wish we can arrange the arrival date and time with your au pair or you can do I it directly, but in this case please let us know your decision. You will be required to meet your au pair at an airport/bus station or port on their arrival into the host country. Please confirm this with your new au pair or contact us so that we can do this for you.

Let us help you to define the usual au pair duties, cost and benefits.
